15. Band performances will be viewed by the Jacksonville Parks & Recreation Department prior to receiving notification of approval for Big BANG Fireworks Show performances. Please be aware that the City of Jacksonville will not approve using alcohol and profanity during the Big BANG Fireworks Show event or band performances. Bands must check in with Big BANG Fireworks personnel one hour thirty minutes prior to confirmed set up time.
