If I am hurt while at work and choose not to seek medical attention immediately, what happens if I later need to go to the doctor?
Regardless of whether or not you choose to go to the doctor, your Supervisor must be informed of the incident immediately. If you feel that you do not need a doctor immediately, that is fine. If, down the road, you feel that you should probably go see a doctor because there is still an issue, notify your Supervisor and then Human Resources. HR will take care of making you an appointment.

After leaving the doctor's office, you must visit Human Resources to complete the proper Worker's Compensation paperwork.
