City Clerk / Treasurer


The office of City Clerk / Treasurer often serves as the first point of contact with City Hall, providing a professional link for citizens and their local government. The data managed by the office of City Clerk provides a wealth of information for our citizens. Our mission is to furnish unsurpassed service to the citizens of Jacksonville, City Council, City leaders and staff, while carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the office as legislated by Arkansas State Statutes, City Ordinances, and City Council Resolutions.

  • Serves as secretary to the City Council and all subcommittees
  • Codifies ordinance updates for the Jacksonville Municipal Code
  • Prepares and publishes all official City Council agendas and minutes
  • Maintains all Ordinances, Resolutions, and City Codes

It is my honor and privilege to serve our citizens as City Clerk / Treasurer, secretary to City Council, Planning Commission, Board of Adjustment, Civil Service, Fire Pension, and member of the Police Pension.
