The Jacksonville Wastewater Commission is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the City's municipal sewerage system, including the City's two wastewater treatment plants, the Dr. J. Albert Johnson Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant and the West Wastewater Treatment Plant.
